Early Chrismukkah: Three New National Monuments!

Last month, we celebrated the 109th anniversary of the creation of the Antiquities Act of 1906. Today, President Obama used the act to create three more National Monuments; preserving for future generations Berryessa Snow Mountain in CA, the Waco Mammoth paleontological site in TX, and the Basin and Range region in NV, which includes 4000 year old rock art! Time to start planning some trips.
